| The project renovates approximately 11,000 gross square feet of existing shell space located on the west side of the fourth floor of the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center for a new Cancer Research Center. The Cancer Research Lab includes five research labs: a PK Core Lab, a Tissue Lab, a Pre-clinical Testing & Culture Tissue Labs, a Flow Cytometry Lab, and a Microscope Lab. In addition to the labs, the center will accommodate a cold room, dark room, liquid nitrogen system, and support space. |
