Construction of a 6,879 SF, 250-seat, non-denominational Spanish Renaissance chapel on the Texas Tech University campus. The intent is create a simple but elegant, multifunction chapel capable of supporting a broad range of religious services as well as weddings, funerals, memorial services, and similar events. Supported by gifts, donations, and generated revenue, the chapel requires high quality, energy efficient features to minimize operating costs and includes appropriate landscaping and public art.
