| Abatement and renovation of Weeks Hall into office space for faculty and staff, as well as, student work space. The building was originally constructed in 1957 as a residence hall but has been vacant since 1991 with the exception of the Costume Shop which included a small portion of the building renovated in 2015. It is a three story L shape structure of approximately 67,234 GSF and is listed on the Texas Historical Register. Project scope includes site utilities, new HVAC, Life Safety, Lighting, Technology, Interior Finish Out and ADA modifications. It will also include ADA surface parking, landscape enhancements and public art. |
