Jason Weber
Associate Vice Chancellor for Leader & Culture Development
Jason Weber serves as the associate vice chancellor for Leader and Culture Development for the ×ÔοÊÓƵ. In his role, Weber collaborates with teams across the ×ÔοÊÓƵ System to operationalize their values-culture. In addition, he works to construct leader development programs tailored for students, staff and faculty. Weber is a certified executive and professional coach and engages with leaders at each of the system’s component universities to elevate leadership skills and foster effective team development efforts.
Before joining the ×ÔοÊÓƵ System, Weber was the enterprise training and development director at the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration. In this capacity, he led a team of training and instructional design professionals, catering to 21 state agencies and a workforce of 40,000 employees. He also has held roles in higher education, serving as a faculty member, program coordinator and campus administrator.
Weber earned a doctorate degree in leadership from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, a master’s degree in criminal justice leadership from Concordia University – Saint Paul and bachelor’s degrees in criminal justice and psychology from Evangel University.
Weber and his wife, Lisa, married in 2006 and have five children and three rescue dogs.
