×ÔοÊÓƵ System Regents to Meet December 15-16
Regents will have a two-day meeting on the Texas Tech University campus in Lubbock.

The ×ÔοÊÓƵ will meet Thursday and Friday (December 15-16) in Lubbock. The meeting will take place on the campus in the Ballroom (Room 118) of the Student Union (15th Street and Akron Avenue).
Below are highlights of the topics and items to be discussed at the upcoming meeting, including estimated times with periodic recesses. Thursday, December 15
8:30 a.m. – Call to order; convene Meeting of the Board
- Joint Meeting of the ×ÔοÊÓƵ System Board of Regents, Executive Committee of the , Investment Advisory Committee, and the
9:45 a.m. – Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the
10:15 a.m. – Audit Committee
10:55 a.m. – Facilities Committee
- Approve a project to construct the new Medical Sciences Building II, an $84.4 million project primarily supported through Tuition Revenue Bond funding, at
11:15 a.m. – Finance and Administration Committee
- Authorize the ×ÔοÊÓƵ System issuance of approximately $420 million in long-term bonds

- Approve the appointment of three new Grover E. Murray Professors, the highest faculty honor given by the university, at
